How do you get more rank like I`m a newbie. How do you get above that?

It's done by a preset post count... the next level is at 50 I believe.
But then again, it's not really the number of posts that count, it's the quality content.

uh.... its kinda like to see how ur doing, more +s then ur doing good -s and something else..or osmething i don't know how to explain it

Karma? It's sort of a community feedback system... basically how other members feel about you. But again, it's nice but not extremely important... we don't want flame wars or anything of the sort.
