Ho-Ho! Here in the land that doesn't celebrate Christmas on the 25th the biggest celebration is crawling up steadily! Me, I'll be in the oh-glorious 2008 in under 24 hours (23 hours 20 minutes) which is... well, far sooner than most of you =)

Hope everyone has a great New Year's celebration, loadsa tasty champagne (I know some will rely on beer, again, but oh well), gifts for those of us that receive them today and fireworks! And just have a jolly good time!

Wish everyone a great year, many accomplishments, loads of luck, awesome friends, many happy meetings and anything you can possibly add to this mixture for yourself!

2008, here I come.
(With the traditional 'I'm doing this for the first time this year' event that I enjoy for some reason. No good reason. "Oh, this is my *first* piece of chocolate in 2008! Whoooaaa! Well, you did better that I, in that case. For I followed another New Years tradition, namely the 'This celebration, we drink everything in sight and everything that is, eventually, in your sight in double and triple version.' I'm not proud.

Wow, that sounds eerily similar to our tradition the moment 2008 begins at our house...We always go "Wow...I haven't showered since last year!"  "Dang, I haven't eaten anything since last year!" etc, etc.
