I know Elijah is an amazing actor, but I have a hard time picturing him as Iggy.  He is not corpse-like enough.

HMM...I'm def not picturing that either. Ewan MacGregor played a very Iggy-like character in a movie called Velvet something. He was fabulous! The movie was a bit cheesy though.

Velvet Goldmine - fun to look at (I liked the glammy Ziggy Stardust looks) but left an icky feeling after it was over - one of those downward spiral movies.

Ewan MacGregor might actually play a good elf character in a Tolkien movie.  Maybe he could play Thrandul in the Hobbit movie (just a thought as MacGregor was mentioned here earlier).

I think he can play Iggy. If he can be a vampire, a hobbit, a jew, and alot of other things I am sure he'll do just fine with Iggy. Also, what is the name of the movie that he might be playing Iggy Pop in?
