Thorpe Park was what I said.  But the question was not the ride itself, it was about what park the record was broken in.  The question didn't ask for the ride.  Maybe Insane got confused.  Or we're out to lunch and still wrong.  Insane, buddy, any thoughts?  Thanks!   Wink

Nope. You still haven't answered it correctly.
The record you guys are talking about was 28 people, the newest record is 32.
I'll give you a few more days then i'll just post the answer if you guys haven't guessed it yet.

I've Google'd this one since its bypassing everyone.

The answer is the Nemesis rollercoaster at Alton Towers, England.

Score! Nice work Heru. I have longed to ride Nemesis since the moment I became aware of it's existence. No idea why they wanted to set the record for most naked people, but whatever floats their boat.

Anyway, your turn Heru.

What is it that binds the actors Harry Andrews, George Kotsonaros and Stig Järrel together?

They all played the role of Hector from Homer's work The Illiad in various films over the years.

Excellent. Did you actually know that? Impressive.

Honestly I knew two of them did, and through that connection I did some research and tied all three of them into the role.  I also read the Illiad a couple years ago and loved it.   Wink

My turn to ask a question?  Let me think about it and I will reply with one asap.

I figured it was time for some Tolkien related trivia, so here goes.  Dior, Beren's son, had the blood of what three races flowing through him?  Good luck!  Wink

Yes indeed.  Dior had the blood of the Edain, the Eldar and the Maiar in him (his mother was Melian the Mia, you might remember).  Good job Lauren, now it is your turn to ask a challenging question.  It seemed the that last one was too easy for you, I know a lot of people wouldn't have known that.  Ask away!   Wink

A movie one:  Who was originally cast as Aragorn and replaced after four days of filming?
