Middle Earth Talk Upgrade, take 2

Ok, well that sucked.

As you all may recall, we had to upgrade Middle Earth Talk in the aftermath of a serious server crash.

We upgraded to a new "improved" content management system that had all kinds of nice bells and whistles, only problem was...everybody hated it.

So after pretty well killing MET, we're forced to start from scratch.

We've imported the old member list, if your password doesn't work just use the "forgot password" function and the system will send a password reset to your email.

Sorry once again for the huge setback here.

It's back! The old forum layout is back! Yay! Having to start from scratch is a shame though, but at least everyone should like this layout because it has the same structure to the old (crashed server version of) MET. I welcome it back.

Huzzah! Huzzah! Radagast this is awesome! So happy to see the forums back, it's refreshing. I think it will be really enjoyable to restart everything. I'm guessing most have forgot the old conversations, and we've all grown to have new opinions and interests. I'm excited to see where this goes!

It's good to see that the place has returned to his roots. I already put my dutch-english dictionary back on my desk. Just a wild thought, but perhaps in the future, we could add some LotR-elements in the layout. Anyway, we'll talk about that later, for now it's time to party!

Hmm...as glad as I am that the old board is back, I just dont know if I'll keep coming here. So much has changed since I left and I don't know that I could fit back into the person that I used to be on here.

It does bring back some lovely memories though seeing the new layout.
