Snazzy! Wouldn't it be weird to have it in the newspaper every time you buy a new house? Details about everything there for everyone to see. I wouldn't make a good celebrity.  Tongue

Very interesting article!  Wow!  Jackson's estate is amazing - it's all a Tolkien fan could dream of and more -much more.  I like the private pub and the lake.  How about those hobbit houses?  Quite fascinating really.

The man deserves it, after all the work he put into those movies. I hope his career keeps going so that he can actually maintain the house, though laugh
