I know, when I logged on today I was taken instantly to the new opening to the forum. It was so cool and I think whatever else is added will be too.

Some change is unwanted...
like when you are a prominant member of LOTR.org and then they change things and in doing so delete your user and you just now come back...
By the way, Scroll, I don't know if you remember me...
Used to be Tinuviel's Sorrow...
there was an incident in the Prancing Pony...
we were having a little too much mead...
oh, well, if you don't remember me, it doesn't matter...

My user got deleted, so now I'm starting from scratch...anyone remember me? I used to be Tinuviel's Sorrow? and then I changed it to Cassandra...

Good stuff, eh?
I'm in Germany now, going to the second semester of bible school...
do you remember when I posted that one topic on whether or not I should even go?
Amazing, I went and now I'm in Germany with my fiance, Joseph Sade, and he's marrying me on December 30th 2006!
Good grief!
I think that was a good decision!

God has done such a great work in my life...
I had to give up a lot to get into that place where He could bless me, though...
but it was totally worth it...
so what's going on with you?

Still working on my book.
Got laid off from work 3 weeks ago
Renewed my relationship with God last week.
Enjoying being a stay at home mom.
Bettering myself physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Trying to be a better mom and wife.

I could not have been able to stomach the title "housewife" until I read this amazing book...I'm not usually one to reccomend books, but if you have some free time, you really need to check it out...it's called:
Let me be woman, by Elisabeth Elliot
It's amazing. I had a schewed vision of what a woman should be and this book really helped me...that and proverbs 31:11-31...
I'm sorry you got laid off--unless that's what you were aiming for like my mother right now--and I hope that your kids are appreciating you being at home more...

I wasn't aiming for being laid off. But sometimes I feel it was the best. My kids loves having a hot and good breakfast in the mornings instead having cold cereal on these cold winter mornings. They say, "my cooking has gotten better and not as grouchy. I'm not as tired physically and mentally.
