A grey morning, freezing outside but snug inside (Skies bless central heating). Might get a bit sunnier later on, but I'm not going anywhere.

Sunny blue skies, a bit cool but not really to bad. Might be good enough to go out and maybe fly a frisbee with the girls.

It's the same here where I am.

It's about 50 and sunny.  I'm in the Northeast US.  It's been an unusual warm December.  I have sprouts in my garden.

It was warm winter last year for us and we live in North Carolina, USA. It looks like it will be the same this year too. It would have been perfect for Christmas if we had snow but it was rainy and quite cold. But now that it's all over I wish it was a bit warmer though so you didn't have to wear a jacket outside.

This time of year we're usually supposed to buried under a foot of snow, but right now it's more likely to rain. It still feels quite cold outside, but temperatures are still above average. I believe this is supposed to be an El Nino year.

The sky is filled, as usual, with flat, monochrome grey clouds that don't move. The only plus, I suppose, is that it's not raining, though it is still rather chilly.

Was rainy and gloomy this morning and turned out to be sunny, a bit warm, and blue skies this afternoon. It is dark now and about 50 degrees outside, not to bad I guess.

Exactly. I live in a similar latitude and it is not supposed to be 40 degrees Fahrenheit in January. The clouds finally parted a little and showed some sun.

It is dark out now and a bit cool but not to bad for January when it is suppose to be much colder.
