Wow, all at the same time?

I'm wondering whether this relic that calls itself my computer needs to be replaced. It's quite beyond updating; it has frozen and crashed several times in the past week. In a few minutes I'll be heading off to practice more of Cimarosa's Concerto, which is definately not fun.
