Daniel Radcliff's New Stage Play.

I seen on the news this morning about Daniel Radcliff's new play he is going to be in. He spent 7 hours a day for several days lifting weights to get buffed for the role. He is suppose to be nude on stage. I have seen pictures of him topless for the play and I admit he looks very good. But my concern is he is to young to be nude like that.

I can see why he is doing this. He doesn't want to be type casted as HP. Like Leonard Nemoy as Spok, William Shatner as Captain James T. Kirk, or Adam West as Batman. HP movies and books isn't going to last much longer and he is growing up so he is trying to spread his wings.

So have you heard of this and if so what do you think?

I have heard of it, and i do not approve of what he is doing, but I don't agree with what most of hollywood is doing either. So let him go do what he likes, hes just another actor.

I did see some of the pictures of him without his shirt on.  *fanning my face*  Whoa!  what a little hottie he's become!  The last movie that I saw, I thought that he was going to grow up and not be attractive, but boy was I wrong!  He looks good!

Well that's an interesting form of expression then isn't it? Wow, he's only seventeen right now (I would assume he would have to be eighteen before they have the play), which means I am older then him. I have to say I don't approve of public nudity so I am going to have to say I don't agree with this especially with him being that young. I hope this isn't something he looks back upon with regret. Trying to seperate yourself from a certain character, such as his work as Harry Potter, is understandable but I'm not sure acting in a nude roll at such a young age is a wise decision.

I don't have a problem with it, and as I see it he's an actor and he can do whatever the hell he wants to with his career.

I don't agree with it either.  But like FAN said, I also don't agree with much that goes on in Hollywood either.  Nudity/porn go against the grain of my own morals and beliefs.  I agree with part of what Zaku said - that he can do whatever the heck he wants with his career - to each their own.

Personally, I don't agree with what he is doing, and should at least wait until he is older. However, I don't really care; people can make their own decisions and choose what they want to do with their lives.
