From the Wikipedia article you posted:
"Abdul Qadeer Khan was born in 1935 into a middle-class Pathan Muslim family in Bhopal, India, which migrated to Pakistan in 1952."

As i have said noone should have nuclear weapons but if europe and U.S use them why the other countries shouldn't?

There is a difference between us and him, we are not threatening anyone, or we are not crazy, and he is crazy.

Is not threatening don't be so sure the situation all over the world and specially in europe is controlled by the Americans. And consider if some countries didn't have nuclear weapons(those that oppose us  (us=Europe and USA goverments) would be extinct and we would go to 'save' them and i am asking is that right? In addition the only one's that mass slaughtered with nuclar weapons were the Americans so i am not asking you to adopt my views but at least consider them.

I didnt get the first half of what you said, we did slaughter people nuclearly I am assuming you mean Hiroshima and Nagasaki. That was purely out of self defense, bombed a base with NO warning whatsoever, we didnt know who that was on our radar, until we saw the red dots on the planes. Not until we heard the screams and watched our ships sink. Did you know that they heard the men aboard those ships, still knocking against the bulwark, inside the ships more that a month after the attack. So they got what was coming to them, it was like strirring up a hornets nest, they got what was coming to them.

I also dont remember saying the US was trying to control the situation, i think they are trying to help, but not take over the whole situation. One day the US will fall, just like the Romans did, because of its arrogance. But right now we are trying to prevent nuclear warfare, be it transcontinental or just neighbooring countries

Cheesy

By that logic, General Musharraf, Pakistan's President is Indian as he was born in Delhi and India's Prime Minister and most of the old politicians in the cabinet are all Pakistani's.

Partition can be a terrible thing.

Why does it matter, we're all people, country of birth shouldn't create such strong prejudices.

Im well aware of that. Partition almost caused my family to live on the streets. My family is originally from the area which is now in Bangladesh [East Pakistan] Wink.

While I am completely in agreement that God [if there is such a being Wink] created one earth and it is us humans who've divided it into petty little pieces, in today's modern geo-political scenario, it would be ignorant not to keep these affiliations in mind.

Pakistan has through its lack of efforts, actively aided nuclear proliferation to North Korea, Iran and Libya. While Libya has backed off, we now face a very real threat of these countries possessing nuclear weapons, all thanks to A.Q. Khan.
