Ok it's about that time.

I want to wish all of my friends here a "HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY" next month.

You too, but it's not even March yet! You're a bit early.

Saint Patrick was an amazing individual.  It's too bad that all we have to commemorate this saint is a day where people all over the world get drunk.

I've read several bios on him as well as written reports on his life and works.

Oh well, I do agree it is annoying to do such a deed on a great man and a siant's holiday.
But in other news: Yell "hurray" because the Boston Celtics are on a winning streak!

He's amazing because he got rid of the Snakes in Ireland...I am terrified of Rattlesnakes, they haunt my dreams! Thank God for someone like that!

I recently wrote a little article on St. Patrick for my work website.

Did anyone do anything interesting for St. Patty's Day? My little family and I went camping with our entire group of friends, and had an absolute ball!  Thumbs up

The notion that Saint Patrick rid Ireland of snakes is only legend.  Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and was an apostle to Ireland.  He made the biggest impact in spreading Christianity to Ireland.  I love and admire the "real" historical Patrick, not some phoney commercialized version of him.  There are so many intriguing stories about him during his ministry.
