I don't know if you've ever seen this before.
http://www.timecube.com/

But if you don't feel like reading stupid ranting and talking about killing "dumb-ass" scientists and teachers, let me summarize it for you:
"I came up with a (literally) insane concept, I don't have and proof, if you don't believe me you should be killed for being so stupid."

Some poeple have called this concept (it doesn't even have enough scientific basis to call it a theory) "genius" and "ahead of this generation". I invite you to visit the Wikipedia entry for its creator, Gene Ray. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gene_Ray

He is not a scientist, he is not even a mathmatician. He was an electrician before he became the philosopher he is today. Then he wrote about a world marbles tournament. After this (or before?) he lost a few of those marbles and started shouting and foaming at the mouth about some time cube he just discovered, and the media loves him. Why?

Because the man is (literally) insane. He said at a debate with MIT students at which a student challenged him "So then no human can ever understand the time cube?" by casually responding "Yeah, I'm not human."

Basically, cubism is a psuedoscience with no proof that is teetering on the brink of a cult.

My point?
Why should we even pay attention to ideas as crazy as this? I mean I'm all for free speech but if you're babbling on about crazy crap with no scientific basis (not to mention advocating killing nonbelievers) why should we put up with it?

Ok I read all this and went to the web sites. Is this another cult or what? I guess I am a blond (I really am) in other words all this has went over my head and need some one to explain in simplest words what all this means.

No worries. I don't understand it either. I used to think that, like you, it just went over my head, before I saw some intellectuals talking about it.
It's confusing because it's psuedo-mathmatics to support a psuedoscience.
And yeah, it's basically a cult. The followers worship Gene Ray as the "wisest human ever".

I'm just waiting for him to hand out the poisoned kool-aid at their next meeting.

I clicked on the link, and WTF.

That is so screwed it would be humorous, even laughable, if it weren't intended to be serious. I thought this was a joke when I first looked at it. How can others support or even believe him? How can he believe himself? Where the heck is the slightest inkling of proof?

That is amongst one of the most ridiculous things I have seen or heard of for a while. However, people like that are for the most part pretty harmless, as long as there are enough people sane enough not to throw in their support and actually do something.

Come to think of it, is this guy and his idea even well-known?

He's relatively well known, yeah. Like I mentioned, he debated at MIT and he has been interviewed by folks like TechTV.

I read it, I laughed my butt off through it, raised my eyebrow at it, and finally came to the conclusion the man...is a nut!! I think he's wasted those thirty years of his life he's "invested" in his work. His theories, oh my gosh, they are rediculous! Completely and utterly absurd!! Calling for the deaths of people who do not believe the way you do is a rediculous thing! You cannot kill off people who do not agree with you! The world is full of choices and people should be allowed to choose what they want to believe in  and do with their lives. They should not have to believe one way just because some lunatic informs them to do so on his distasteful website! I noted how he made reference to "Big Brother" the "villain" of George Orwell's novel 1984. I found this rather ironic seeing as the author of this website reminds me in every way of the philosophies and ideas that are found in that book. He acts just like the very people he condems. Also calling people stupid or crazy is no way to get them to agree with you. If you have to resort to name calling to get your point across then perhaps it is time to rethink your arguments to see if they actually have any validation! Claiming you are the "wisest human" does not make one so. And from this website I believe him to be just about the polar opposite! I have never seen anything as rediculous as this! What is sad is that there are people out there that get taken into these kind of things.

Totally WTF. I read about 1/5th of it and I couldn't even laugh, for some reason. What a daft 'cubic bastard'. Hey, anyone reckon it's the change in font on that extremely 'professional' background that brainwashes people into believing him?
