I found a bunch of recipes for Athelas Tea, Lembas Bread, all kindsa stuff, and since I've seen it all in the movie, the tea ahd bread, I thought I'd put it here but u can move it if need be, but I'll post the link...this is awesome, I might try Lembas bread since I'm still trying to lose wt and u don't need a lot if u eat this.

I will save this link; though where do you think the recipes came from? I might actually try the tea that calls for a clove of garlic.
