A bunch of the New Zeland actors are sueing New Line over money owed for merchandising.

Personally I think the actors deserve their money. Some actors already get paid enough money as it is, but these 15 guys (and gals) didn't have huge parts in the film, so any money they can get, they should get, New Line shouldn't be cheating out of getting money they deserve.

I get this feeling that orcs don't get paid that much...
And since LOTR is pretty big, 5% of merchandising would probably be a somewhat decent amount.
