I though this might be fun to start...

Viggo Mortensen broke toes and lost a tooth while filming Lord of the Rings action.

Anyone know any other fun information?
Wacko (Not that breaking toes and losing teeth is fun, but it is interesting to know).

A guy that was pretending the orc was "killed" more than 1000 times by Aragorn.

Apparently the first releases had stickers on some of the fruit in Fellowship and in one scene there was a car in the distance.

Ooh, mistakes. I once read a list of over a hundred just for the Fellowship alone. The only one I really noticed was during Boromir's dying scene; his hand would be on Aragorn's shoulder from the top view, but not be there when the camera was looking up- it switched views a number of times so it looked kind of funny.
