Ok in honor of Christmas I have a new and fun game to play. If you want to call it a game. The Mods may move this to the Playground section of this forum with the other games if they want. I just didn't know if it would go there or not since I don't know if this would be called a game or not.

Anyway enough with the rambling and on with the rules.

How many words can we all make from the word

MERRY CHRISTMAS

After this week I will post a new one for the holidays and each week there will be a new one.

So let's get going with MERRY CHRISTMAS

4. tis
5. sat
6. Chris
7. miss
8. his
9. yes
10. ma


That is all I'm going to do so everyone else can have a chance to think of some. If anyone has an opinion or idea about this game let me know.

One question is should a person should only do one word, more, or have a limitation on how many words one can do? I need your opinion.

I came up with this when I was a very young kid and couldn't wait till a holiday like Christmas, Easter, Birthday, and others to come. So to pass the time away I would sit and write how many words I could think of out of things pertaining to that holiday. Now that I am grown up (in a sense of the word) I don't sit and do that anymore. Since I have more to do with family, home, and personal things and the time for the holiday to come seems to come quicker. But I thought this would be fun for all to do to liven this place up more and to give more to do.

I think there should be a reasonable maximum (like 10), but not just one word, or have no limit. Also try not to repeat others' words.

So...

1. trim
2. cry
3. stir
4. marry
5. rise
6. smart
7. stair
8. rise
9. say
10. tie

I used to do this when I was bored.
