New quest?

Back in the Old Age of MET we had a great quest thread, of which I cannot recall

 the name. It was alot of fun, each of us with a character and we would travel and

 battle and enjoy each others company in character mode. But I was wondering if

 any of us would like to start up a new one in the New Age of MET right here in the

Playground. I realize that The Golden Hall that same sort of idea, but again, if

anyone is willing to start up a new quest I would be happy to join. If we decide to

want to do this, this thread can double as a character description page.

Tell me what you think/ ideas/ anything to do with quests.

Go for it!  Your idea is good.  I founded the Golden Hall with the same idea, but it really only evolved when it became a story line that Wolfchild and I shared.  Others tried to contribute in the beginning, but they tappered off.  Awhile into the story someone else wanted to join, but it was already too late.  Wolfchild and I will continue this one together, and would love for you guy's to keep reading it as it evolves.  I totally encourage others to start their own stories and then you will be able to see how they take shape.
The Golden Hall has been a lot of fun for Wolfy and I.  I hope you guy's continue to enjoy it.

Alright, thanks Beren, I'll think we should base it is Middle Earth as the quests of the Old Age of MET were. If anyones got bright ideas, hit me. I'll probably start the thread in a couple days.

It's a good idea and I like it very much, Insane. I hope myself and Beren will be able to input some of the creative energies into it that we do for The Golden Hall, as well as other people. I myself tried to start a story a while back called "The Pact of Blood" but it didn't catch on. Hopefully this will let people feel inspired enough to form interesting characters and plot lines that we can all read about and learn from.

If it's ideas you're looking for, start with a character and build the tale around them. That, I find, is one of the best starting points. Keeping it in Middle Earth, too, is something I think we should rely on.
